Main responsibilities

  • Provide face-to-face, telephone and email customer service.

  • Manage golf, padel, lessons and activity bookings.

  • Welcome players and visitors and carry out check-in procedures.

  • Sell green fees, rentals and other club services.

  • Provide information and advice about the club's facilities and services.

  • Handle incidents and respond to customer enquiries.

  • Coordinate with the different club departments.

Main responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to players and events.

  • Coordinate with Reception and Maintenance departments.

Main responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain specialised machinery.
